Kelham Island Residential Development

Kelham Island Residential Development

Kelham Island is one of Sheffield’s designated Quarters which was once part of the city’s oldest industrial districts. Warehouses, factories & workshops left empty by the demise of the steel industry are now being taken over by high quality residential developments, small businesses & artists. This scheme embodies Sheffield’s master plan for the region by offering a modern & sustainable urban community that recognizes its industrial heritage.
